Kyrgyzstan confirmed the participation of its athletes in all programs and projects of the EEA 2022

Equestrians from Kyrgyzstan in 2022 will participate in all projects of the Eurasian Equestrian Association, according to the press service of the EEA.

“Together with other members of the Association we are creating a harmonious cycle of sports projects and programs that will become the basis for the formation of the equestrian industry in the Eurasian space,” said the president of the Equestrian Federation of Kyrgyzstan and head of the National Olympic Committee of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Mamytov, who is first vice president of the EEA.

“First of all, we are talking about such global EEA sports projects as the Nations Cup and the Eurasian League World Cup, as well as educational under the aegis of the FEI – that is the programs of development in Eurasia of the Olympic disciplines “dressage” and “triathlon”. And, of course, about the main events of the season – the Championship and the Championship of Eurasia”, he added.

Equestrians from Kyrgyzstan will compete in the 2022 Eurasia Championship for young horses, the Eurasia Championship for veterans, the Eurasia Cup for amateurs and the Maxima Masters Eurasia Cup.
“We have combined our internal projects and the national sports calendar with the milestone events of the Eurasian Association. For instance, for the second year in a row we will hold the “Victory Cup” which is dedicated to the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, memorable for our countries. Competitions are held in different Russian cities, and the finals are held in MAXIMA PARK. We hope that our young athletes will also be selected there, based on the results of the Kyrgyz stage of the “Victory Cup,” said Mamytov.

The Eurasian Equestrian Association includes ten post-Soviet states and Iran. They are grouped into three groups: European (Russia, Belarus, Moldova), Central Asian (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan) and Caspian-Caucasian (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran). All of them, in turn, make up Regional Group 3 of the International Equestrian Federation. The headquarters of the Association is located in MAXIMA PARK near Moscow, which is considered by the International Equestrian Federation the largest and most technologically equipped equestrian facility in Europe and by the FEI decision it is designated as an international sports hub of the Eurasian territory.
